The Best Value In Town!
About Us
Sandcastle Homes is a Houston homebuilder specializing in townhomes and single-family homes in Central Houston. Since 1995, we have developed a reputation as the best value in the Central Houston new home market, offering superior designs, quality construction and excellent customer service, at unbeatable prices. We are committed to providing our customers with not only outstanding quality and value, but also with an extraordinary home buying experience.
Our growth has been constant but well managed. Sandcastle Homes has been on Builder Magazine’s list of the nation’s 100 fastest growing homebuilding companies every year since 2004. With this growth we have managed not only to maintain, but to continuously improve our quality control program.
Sandcastle Homes offers a variety of product lines. Most of our product offerings are focused on the Central Houston townhome market and include two and three-story townhomes, in both attached and freestanding versions. Sandcastle also builds traditional single-family homes and Bungalow-style “row houses” in select locations.
Ultimately, what makes the Sandcastle experience special is our people. Our team is small, but highly effective, and above all else, we share common values and goals. Our business is conducted with the utmost integrity, with the goal of highly satisfied customers and stakeholders. This is apparent in our relationships with our customers, Realtors, subcontractors and suppliers.
About Quality
Building a quality home begins with the design process. A great deal of thought goes into our designs, which focus on functionality to meet today's needs. Our vast experience with some of the nation's top builders translates into low-maintenance designs and construction methods that minimize both short- and long-term problems. This experience results in selection of construction materials and methods with proven reliability and unsurpassed attention to detail.
The other key element for achieving extraordinary quality is flawless execution. Our construction team has translated their extensive experience into a quality control program that is second to none. As a guiding principle, we will not proceed to closing until the customer is completely satisfied with the condition of their new home.
About Value
Good value is not simply a good price. Good value is the coming together of superior quality and outstanding price. At Sandcastle Homes, we stay ahead of the herd by identifying quality locations. This allows us to purchase quality home sites at favorable prices and provide significant appreciation potential for our customers. The value approach continues through the design of the home. One of the keys to good value is providing the customer with all the features they want in a home, without forcing them to pay for expensive features they don't value. This requires a deep understanding of our target market and customers, an area in which we excel. Furthermore, a thorough understanding of the technical side of our business results in highly effective purchasing and great efficiency in the construction of our homes. All these factors combine to make Sandcastle Homes The Best Value in Town.
