Recently I had the opportunity to represent a client who purchased a new home from Sandcastle Homes. They offer some of the best floor plans! I met with Mike Solomon and was impressed by his education, business and building background. He is straightforward and a builder with whom it is easy to work. The process is user friendly — even for a first-time buyer. The punch out list and walk throughs were executed in a considerate and timely manner and addressed all concerns about inspection details.
I have also had the opportunity to assist buyers in resale purchase of older Sandcastle Homes. The inspections of these homes are impressive as there are very few items in need of repair.

On a whim I pulled into Sandcastles offices on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise Mike Salomon was not only there but invited me and my client in. Mr. Salomon knowledge of the product and ability to explain it was impressive. We had a deal with in 48 hours.
After 10 years of selling homes I can tell you the really important part of the transaction is attention to detail and follow-up. I would give Sandcastle a 10++, every person that touched this transaction was professional and delightful to work with. I would especially like to point out Stephanie Carwile who handles walk through and punch out list. My client was an oil & gas relocation who I have done multiply transactions with and we were both blown away with Ms.Carwile professionalism and knowledge of each of her trades. It was very clear this organization is a well-oiled machine.

I have to start with saying that I think Sandcastle Homes is one of the best builders in the Houston area. I have personally sold 4 Sandcastle Homes to my clients and everyone has been very pleased with the customer service and the attention to detail their staff offers. Everyone in the office is great to work with and is very understanding to my buyers needs through out the build process and after the home closes. They offer a product that stands out compared to most builders that a lot of buyers I think under estimate when it comes to the different options inside the loop. It is very hard to find a 2 story home that offers a driveway and a decent size back yard, when most of the new construction is 3 stories, no drive way, and an side alley if any back space. These homes always do well in resale because of these features they offer and will continue to do well in the future. Buying a Sandcastle Home is buying name brand in my opinion that you can count on quality construction and will be around when most fly by builders will be out out business. I highly recommend them as an option to all my buyers looking to be inside the loop.

As a full time Realtor in the Houston area, I show many new homes. The Sandcastle home in Skyline Park Village was the very first home that my clients and I saw. After each of our 8-10 showing days, we ended the day at Skyline Park Village each time. No matter who was there to assist us, we were given the same attention each visit. Whether it is Tessa, Rachel or Bobby, we felt the same attention to detail and the team effort from each of them. In addition the online attention was great as well with Meagan too!
After almost two months my clients decided to purchase the very first home that we saw in Skyline Park Village. After meeting with Tessa and Mike Saloman to negotiate a deal, we were extremely pleased with our purchase. We immediately scheduled our inspector to come out and his report was the best new construction inspection report that I had ever seen! This was impressive and my clients were excited to hear this as well. Now we were in the home stretch and we met Jeffrey for our walk through. As soon as he introduced himself it was clear that he was just as good as the rest of the team.
On Friday October 30th we finally closed. This was the first new home sales transaction that I have experienced in which someone from the seller side actually attended with us. Mike Salomon was there to meet us. The title company, Charter Title, did an outstanding job as well. Jim Wolf and Annell James continued the smooth process and even provided lunch for all of us.
It is very important to give my feedback with Sandcastle Homes because I ask everyone that I work with to provide feedback to me. My clients rated me a 5 out of 5 on all aspects of the entire transaction. I was not only working for my clients, I was working for two other sets of clients as well. Russell & Carey were referred to me by Orlando and Orlando was referred to me by Jarrett & Renee. Referrals are the future of my business and a company like Sandcastle Homes continues to ensure that my referral business is successful.
