The Coronado plan has our largest living room and our second largest gameroom, plus an incredibly spacious master bathroom. Every bedroom has a walk-in closet and the second and third bedrooms are connected by a full bathroom. The Coronado plan was designed to be built on a large lot
The Geneva is our most popular floorplan. It has some fabulous new, modern features, including two separate generously sized walk-in closets in the master bedroom, both an enclosed study and an open gameroom upstairs and a covered back porch! The Geneva also offers a large island kitchen and a grand entrance to the master suite.
Our newest specialty plan is designed to fill a large lot. This very functional plan features an island kitchen, corner fireplace in the living room and a gameroom upstairs. It also has a fantastic master suite, with two walk-in closets and a giant corner bathtub.
A bestseller for more than 10 years, the Barcelona features a fantastic master suite—including an extra-large shower and corner tub—, walk-in closets in all bedrooms and five large windows surrounding the living room fireplace. The layout of the kitchen, entry and dining and breakfast rooms is ideal for traffic flow while entertaining.
Our newest floorplan, the Bordeaux, is one of the four distinct floorplans debuting at our latest development "Gardens At Shady Acres". This plan includes a large dining, living, and kitchen area. The two secondary bedrooms have an adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom. All bedrooms have oversized walk-in closets and are located upstairs with the game room.
Our Athens plan won 'Houston's Best Town Home Product Design' by the Greater Houston Builders Association in 2010 . This plan includes some of your favorite features from our classic plans: an island kitchen with breakfast bar, a functional game room, walk-in closets in every bedroom and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the two secondary bedrooms.
The traditional Gibraltar floorplan has it all. Once you enter this home through the inviting porch, you enter a very open and spacious formal living and dining room that is separate from the kitchen, breakfast and family room. The luxurious corner kitchen overlooks the family and breakfast area. The Master quarter is opposite from the two secondary bedrooms on the second floor. The Gibraltar is a specialty plan because it requires a lot with alley access to its two-story detached 2-car garage. You will have the option to finish out the garage’s second level or just leave it as additional storage space.
Our Manchester plan is an ideal traditional floorplan. Upon entrance of this 2-story home is a private study located off the living room, a huge living room that is open to the dining room, and separate breakfast area located off the kitchen. The Master quarter is located opposite of the two secondary bedrooms on the second floor. The Manchester is a specialty plan because it requires a lot with alley access to its two-story detached 2-car garage. You will have the option to finish out the garage’s second level or just leave it as additional storage space.
Our largest plan has it all: open island kitchen, breakfast area, study with French doors, the biggest game room we offer, walk-in closets in all bedrooms,2-car garage and a dramatic 2-story entry. The Warwick is a Specialty Floor plan because it requires a large lot to build.
