The Geneva is our most popular floorplan. It has some fabulous new, modern features, including two separate generously sized walk-in closets in the master bedroom, both an enclosed study and an open gameroom upstairs and a covered back porch! The Geneva also offers a large island kitchen and a grand entrance to the master suite.
A bestseller for more than 10 years, the Barcelona features a fantastic master suite—including an extra-large shower and corner tub—, walk-in closets in all bedrooms and five large windows surrounding the living room fireplace. The layout of the kitchen, entry and dining and breakfast rooms is ideal for traffic flow while entertaining.
Our newest floorplan, the Bordeaux, is one of the four distinct floorplans debuting at our latest development "Gardens At Shady Acres". This plan includes a large dining, living, and kitchen area. The two secondary bedrooms have an adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom. All bedrooms have oversized walk-in closets and are located upstairs with the game room.
