At Sandcastle Homes, customer service is our top priority. We understand your home is your most valuable asset and our goal is to provide excellent customer service before, during and after the home buying process.
The first step in the warranty service process is to submit your warranty request to Sandcastle Homes in writing. Your request must be received in writing before we can address it. You may submit your warranty request via the form below or you may fax a copy of the warranty request form (found in the front pocket of your walk book) to 713-864-9134.
Please keep the following in mind when you are requesting warranty service:
- Before submitting your request, please review your Aces warranty handbook for a clear understanding of what is considered a warranty item and what is not.
- Warranty Service calls will be conducted Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please understand it is our goal to complete the warranty work as quickly as possible. It is important to understand that you will be required to be home for scheduled appointments and repairs.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for the work on your home to be scheduled as many of the trades we work with need at least 48 hours notice for a service call.
