This October, Sandcastle Homes is proud to celebrate 30 years of uninterrupted operations; a milestone built on trust, dedication, and the meaningful relationships we’ve built along the way. Founded in 1995 by Mike Salomon and Mike Dishberger, Sandcastle Homes has grown from vision to reality without ever changing ownership or laying off a single employee. One of our proudest achievements is that our very first team member, Jo Dunham, is still with us today and recently marked her own 25-year anniversary with the company.

Over the past three decades, we’ve built, closed, and sold more than 1,000 homes throughout Houston’s Inner Loop. Every home we’ve completed reflects our core values of quality, value, and integrity, and more importantly, our unwavering commitment to customer service. From the beginning, we’ve believed that building a home should be an exciting, enjoyable journey rather than a stressful process. We have commitment to customer service.  We believe that our job is to not only provide a high-quality home at a superior value but to ensure that our customers have an excellent experience, free of unnecessary stressors. To this day, Mike personally attends every closing to ensure we are living up to that promise.

Now, it’s time to celebrate this incredible journey! We invite you to join us for our 30th Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Stages Theater, located at 800 Rosine Street in Houston. The evening will be filled with gratitude, connection, and a look forward to the bright future ahead. Dress attire is dressy business casual.
