Ashland Street Kicks Off

Sandcastle Homes began construction in November on two free-standing homes in Houston Heights on Ashland St. at 25th St. Both homes will consist of our inviting Coronado floorplan.

The Coronado plan has our largest living room and our second largest gameroom, plus an incredibly spacious master bathroom. Every bedroom has a walk-in closet and the second and third bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The Coronado plan was designed to be built on a large lot.

The Heights is an ideal location if you are looking to live inside the loop. You are minutes from Houston’s most popular restaurants, Memorial Park, Washington Ave, and surrounded by the unique charm the surrounding area has to offer.

The sooner the home is purchased, the more finishes you get to personally choose! These homes will be complete in late April 2014.
