Sandcastle Homes will be building five free-standing homes, with four distinct floorplans in Cottage Grove on Darling St.  The floorplans are the  Geneva, Barcelona, Bordeaux and Monte Carlo. These five homes will be ready for move-in February 2015!

If you like a huge open floorplan, the Geneva is a great plan! It has become our most popular floorplan. This plan has a huge kitchen in the corner with a large granite top bar, perfect for serving your favorite appetizers and wine. In addition, it has a private study and a giant game room! The Master quarter is opposite of the two secondary rooms.

The Barcelona floorplan is practical and has always been a favorite! As you enter the home, the foyer separates the kitchen and breakfast nook from the dining and living room. The living room and dining room are open and very spacious! The breakfast room has beautiful bay windows, allowing natural sunlight to enter your home!

Our newest floorplan, the Bordeaux, is one of the four distinct floorplans debuting at our latest development “Gardens At Shady Acres”. This plan includes a large dining, living, and kitchen area. The two secondary bedrooms have an adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom. All bedrooms have oversized walk-in closets and are located upstairs with the game room.

Highlights of our popular Monte Carlo floorplan include a dramatic staircase just inside the front door, an enormous pantry extending beneath the stairs and a large sitting area in the master suite. The Monte Carlo also has a corner fireplace in the living room, walk-in closets in all bedrooms and a big gameroom on the second floor.
