Sandcastle Homes is excited for all of our projects this spring and summer! We have had a great year so far and look forward to all of our future projects around the Houston area. Due to our continued success in the Heights, we are going to continue building two-story free standing homes in your favorite revitalized neighborhood inside the loop! We have already begun construction on Dian St. and can’t wait for the finished product of these 7 free-standing two story homes. On this street we will be building the award winning Athens, best-seller Barcelona, Florence, Monte Carlo, and Geneva.

If you haven’t already heard, Sandcastle Homes is building in Rice Military. The Garden Homes on Feagan is a gated community of 2 and 3 story plans. Two of these homes already sold before even being listed—these homes are going fast! This community is coming along beautifully and will be complete this summer! Rice Military is a great central location and ideal if you want to be close to Memorial Park and all the hot-spots on Washington Ave.

Our homes in the West End are almost complete! Inker St features three of our favorite floorplans, the Athens, Barcelona, and Geneva. This location is great if you want to be seconds from Houston’s best restaurants on Washington Ave, and minutes from Memorial Park. Nothing beats this ideal central location!

There are only 2 homes left in Timbergrove! Our gated community of eleven homes, Timbergrove Gardens, has exceeded our expectations! Be sure to check these homes out next time you are driving down West T.C. Jester.
