Sandcastle Homes is honored to have been selected again as one of 2013 Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For™ along with 65 Houston companies.

The winners were selected based on evaluation by an independent research firm. The categories evaluated include: compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement and retention, employee education and development, employee achievement and recognition, recruitment, selection and orientation, community initiatives, strategic company performance, work-life balance, communication and shared vision, and diversity and inclusion.

The 65 companies will also vie for three awards — “The Best of the Best Overall,” “The Best of the Best Medium Business Overall” and “The Best of the Best Small Business Overall” — which will be announced at the awards event in November. Last year, Blinds.com and Dean’s Professional Services won top awards.

This year’s symposium and awards luncheon will be Nov. 7 at the Bella Elegante at 300 Milam St. The event includes a morning of certified educational workshops before the luncheon and awards ceremony.
