Sandcastle Homes on West 25th Street
April 13, 2017
Sandcastle Homes has started construction on 3 freestanding homes in the Heights on West 25th street. These homes will feature 10’ ceilings, detached 2-car garage, and the option to build out a garage apartment. Some standard features in our homes are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, custom cabinetry throughout the home and Bosch appliances. Prices will start at $509,900.
Our Manchester plan is an ideal traditional floorplan. Upon entrance of this 2-story home is a private study located off the living room, a huge living room that is open to the dining room, and separate breakfast area located off the kitchen. The kitchen includes a large island and a door that leads to the back yard. The Master quarter is located opposite of the two secondary bedrooms on the second floor. Both secondary bedrooms are connected by the spacious secondary bathroom.
The traditional Gibraltar floorplan has it all! Once you enter this home through the inviting porch, there is a very open and spacious formal living and dining room that is separate from the kitchen and family room. We recently redesigned this plan so the kitchen island is now a rectangle shape and faces the family room for a more open feel. As you walk upstairs, you enter into the cozy niche, perfect for relaxing! The Master suite is opposite from the two secondary bedrooms on the second floor.
Both the Manchester and Gibraltar floorplan are specialty plans because they require a lot with alley access to its two-story detached 2-car garages. You will have the option to finish out the garage’s second level or just leave it as additional storage space.
