The Sterling is a specialty floorplan because it requires a large lot to build and looks like a traditional, single family home. In contrast to most of our plans, the Sterling has a more traditionally, open layout, with a truly distinct first floor optional study, family room and dining room, plus a large loft upstairs. The oversized island kitchen opens up to the family room.
