Melinda is very pleased to be a part of the team at Sandcastle Homes. She has many years of experience in the New Homebuilding Industry with a back ground in New Homes Sales, Marketing and Management. After purchasing her new home in Houston many years ago, she instantly fell in love with the New Home Industry. Having a few decades of “on the job” training, she is qualified to guide her buyers in the purchase and design of their new homes. Her dedication and passion are recognized as she continues her education in the pursuit of her Texas Real Estate License. In her free time Melinda enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, 3 girls and 2 boys and one on the way, gardening and loves all the entertainment Houston has to offer.
