Sandcastle Homes is proud to announce that our Bordeaux model received the Best Town Home Product Design award at the GHBA’s 2015 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards, held October 3^rd at the Hilton Americas.
The award criteria encompassed overall design, attention to design detail, quality of construction, use of materials, scale, balance, function, cost/value relationship, style and creativity. We were Finalists in the Best Garden Home/Patio Home category as well.

The PRISM (Professional Results in Sales & Marketing) distinction is synonymous with the industry’s highest caliber of excellence. Entries are judged by an independent panel of industry experts from across the nation.
