Good music, great conversation, numerous special loyalty recognitions and plenty of appetizers and cocktails is what Sandcastle Homes had to offer at its 20^th Anniversary Party at Hughes Hangar (The DeGaulle) an upscale lounge on 2811 Washington Ave. on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015 from 6pm-10pm.  It was a great way to say thank you to our homeowners, realtors, contractors, bankers and vendors.

What started with two men and a vision has turned into two decades of success.  Sandcastle Homes has grown by constantly pushing the boundaries of developing areas, creating new home markets where none had existed. While many builders have come and gone in 20 years, Sandcastle Homes has survived to emerge as a formidable presence in the Houston housing market.  As Mike Salomon notes, “We grew rapidly our first decade, but then consciously made the decision to flatten our volume at 40-60 homes per year.  Now we have the perfect size company.”

There were over 200 people in attendance to help us celebrate this glorious milestone.  Special loyalty awards were given to our top realtors, repeat homeowners and contractors.  Our guests raved about some of the tasty appetizers, such as the Macadamia Crusted Shrimp, Ahi Tuna Crisps and the Beef Sliders.   As the party escalated, we danced to some of our favorite tunes with the help of our live DJ John.

Last but not least, congratulations to our hashtag raffle winner, Gretta Wolter.   She entered the drawing by posting a congratulatory message on Facebook using our hashtag #Sandcastle20th and won a $100 gift card to Landry’s Seafood.    We would like thank everyone for coming out to support us and we look forward to celebrating with you again for our 25^th Anniversary.
