Sandcastle’s Inventory Homes for Sale

We currently have four move-in ready homes for sale of our Athens floor plan. Our award-winning Athens floor plan has a total of 2,422 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. This plan features an open concept first floor with a kitchen, living room, and formal dining room combination. The second floor features a spacious master bedroom with en-suite and two separate walk-in closets. W 19th Street Athens floor plan located in Shady Acres community is currently priced for $509,900. 5434 Nolda Street at West End features our most popular floor plan. The Geneva offers 2,543 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The Geneva is perfect for those who enjoy relaxing as well as entertaining. This floor plan features a large island kitchen and covered back porch. There is a grand entrance to the master suite are the master bedroom includes two separate spacious walk-in closets. An enclosed study and an open game room is located upstairs in addition to two secondary bedrooms and a study. This home is move-in ready and priced at $499,900. Our Bordeaux floor plan is another move-in ready home at West End. 5432 Nolda Street is available at $494,500. This home has 2,576 square feet and three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath. The Bordeaux includes a large open concept dining, living, and kitchen area. The two secondary bedrooms have an adjoining Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Our final home of our Barcelona floor plan is located in the Camp Logan community.
