Nick and Amy closed their Sandcastle home earlier this year. They purchased a Barcelona floorplan on West 23rd Street in Shady Acres. The Barcelona floorplan includes a an open kitchen, dining, and living room concept, gameroom upstairs, and a spacious master bathroom!

“We got really lucky finding Sandcastle while looking for a home. When we first came upon our house it all seemed too good to be true. The whole Sandcastle team walked us through every in and out of being a first time home owner and helped us make our home feel like OUR home with custom finishes and adding out choices to things. Our life was a bit crazy at the time with us buying a house, moving in, and getting married all in the same month, but they made it happen (pictured)!
