Timbergrove Gardens: SOLD OUT!

Sandcastle Homes has officially closed on all homes in our gated community, Timbergrove Gardens. We are 100% SOLD OUT! This community of 11 freestanding 2-story homes turned out to be picturesque.

 If you’re still looking to live in a central location, we have homes for you! We have homes available in Heights Annex, Houston Heights, West End, and Rice Military.

Our homes in Heights Annex are available on Nashua St. and Prince St. These homes are priced from the $290’s and will be complete this year! Sandcastle Homes will be building 6 homes in Houston Heights off of W 24th St. & Rutland. In addition, we will be building 15 homes in Rice Military- this development will be on Feagan St., Detering St., and Gibson St. Our two homes in the West End on Nolda St. have already been framed and will be complete February 2012. We are excited about all of our projects and as always, eager to build for you!
